$125 per month or $318.75 for three months (save 15%)
Free initial Zoom consult to discuss goals, challenges, and daily routine
Programming begins with a one time in person assessment - $95
Add one in person training each month for discounted rate of $70

12 sessions for $975 (save 15%)
Add in customized At-Home programming to supplement your private training for $125 per month.
Semi-Private Personal Training
Want to train with a friend or partner? All the benefits of private personal training, but with someone to help motivate you!
$125 per one hour session
4 semi-private training sessions for $480 (save 4%)
6 sessions for $690 (save 8%)
8 sessions for $880 (save 12%)
12 sessions for $1275 (save 15%)
Add in customized At-Home programming to supplement your private training for $125 per person per month.
Corporate Group Classes
Want to make working at your company even sweeter? Offer your employees weekly one hour group sessions at the location of your choice.
